More about this artwork

The painting features a delicate and ethereal representation of autumn leaves suspended against a dreamlike background. Three leaves, each intricately detailed with visible vein structures, float on the canvas. The leaves sport warm autumnal colors—yellows, oranges, and hints of red. These natural elements are set against a softly blurred mixture of blue and white tones that suggest a misty, cool autumn air, contrasting with the warmth of the leaves. Specks and splashes of white across the surface add a dynamic and almost frosty texture to the scene, suggesting the chill of approaching winter. The overall effect is both serene and transient, capturing the fleeting beauty of the fall season.

I am an artist constantly seeking new challenges and a creative flow that allows me to evolve and grow. I graduated in Monumental Art from the Vilnius Academy of Arts, but my creative field is not limited to monumental art. I am equally fascinated by the delicate possibilities of graphic expression. I enjoy diversity in my work—I draw and paint on both small and large formats.

I have been drawing and painting since childhood, with my exploration of the world starting through bright colors and imaginative ideas. Since then, I have been captivated by the vibrant smells and colors of nature. I was so inspired that I even tried creating my own rose petal fragrance! My creative energy didn’t stop there—I often let my imagination run wild, manifesting in unexpected ways, like decorating the freshly painted walls of our new apartment without my parents’ permission. My drawings and paintings appeared everywhere—in the sand by the sea, in the mud, on sheets of paper, and even on snow in the winter.

I draw inspiration from books, music, passersby on the street, nature’s color palette, and moments of solitude. Although I live and work in Norway, I am an active member of the Norwegian Independent Artists Group (NFUK), participating in exhibitions and constantly seeking new ways to express my artistic ideas.

For me, creativity is life—a journey that is always changing and evolving through colors, lines, expressions, and ideas.
