The painting presents a visually fragmented composition, centered around a glass bottle that acts almost as a mirror or lens, distorting and dividing what lies behind it. Through the clear cylinder of the bottle, we see a sharply detailed face, possibly of a man, rendered with an elongated nose and noticeable lips marked by a distinctive red color, suggesting lipstick. This face is bifurcated by the edges of the bottle, creating a surreal and almost cubist effect. The person seems to be in an indoor setting suggested by architectural elements like arched structures lightly hinted at in the background.Around the bottle, the scene becomes more abstract and painterly, dominated by green and earthy tones that might suggest a connection to nature or a less urban setting—perhaps a garden or a park. These areas are less defined, allowing the viewer's eye to focus primarily on the detailed, expressive face within the bottle's confines. "In my paintings, I try to use artistic means to reveal the relationship between the environment, nature and human beings; I explore the feeling of fresh air and what it means to me. I also explore the importance of nature for man and the interconnection between them. In my paintings, I draw on natural motifs from reduced reality, photographs, the internet, video and other materials. In my paintings I explore the relationship between nature and man, the spaces and intersections between them. The distance of man from nature is shown through the fragmented space of the painting and the figure within it. As a counterbalance to the dramatically fragmented space, the other paintings convey a more solid, calmer space, and I use the pastosic brushstroke and thin layer painting, and the technique of rubbing in paint, which in my works becomes like a refreshment for the soul, like fresh air."

Rūta Levulienė's work has found a home in Lithuania, Ireland, Norway and the United States, where she has had nine solo exhibitions, participated in twenty group exhibitions and eight plein air exhibitions.
