More about this artwork

In the lushness of a springtime orchard, light splinters through the budding branches of robust trees, casting patches of brightness and shadow upon the grassy ground. The trees, gnarled and full of character, frame the scene, with one prominently in the foreground showing the detailed texture of its bark and the vibrancy of new leaves. Amidst this natural beauty, three figures, all women, are depicted in distinct forms of repose and activity. The first woman, positioned closer to the forefront and somewhat central, stands serenely in a white dress that catches the light, giving her a radiant quality. Her auburn hair and gentle demeanor complement the peaceful environment. She appears contemplative, perhaps waiting for someone or simply enjoying the tranquility of her surroundings. To the left, in a more shadowed part of the orchard, another woman is seated on the ground, leaning back on her hands. Her presence is more casual, in tune with a leisurely day spent outdoors. She seems engaged in quiet observation of her surroundings, or lost in her own thoughts.Behind her, partially hidden by the dapple of sun and leaf, a third woman is also seated on the grass, contributing to the theme of calm and relaxation that pervades the painting. The distance among the three suggests a shared experience yet a personal absorption in the moment.Overall, the painting evokes a sense of quiet anticipation and the fresh rejuvenation of early spring, inviting the viewer to reflect on moments of peaceful waiting and the beauty of nature's transitions.

"The main theme that permeates the whole work is a human being and the protection of his soul, the twists and turns of spiritual quests, the discovery of experiences, the harmony between nature and a man. The  light in my paintings is both a symbol of the divine principle and an element of pictorial expression.  I use a variety of styles in my paintings - soft impressionism, abstract or a little bit of surrealism. My work is about how we all need that place, Paradise, where we can retreat from the day's work and the avalanche of information, to rest, to calm down, to look at ourselves and those around us and at the phenomena taking place in the world from a distance, to rethink our relationship with the people and events that are important to us. To be at peace with our soul and mind. And then plunge back into the flow of life, to live, create and change with new strength," says the artist, who creates light, calm and warm art. Her work aims to encourage the viewer to look at the world around us in a different, more sensitive way, to see it's bright side.

The artist works in oil, acrylic, pencil, watercolour and mixed media, and paints on silk. She has held 16 solo exhibitions and participated in more than 26 joint exhibitions.
