More about this artwork

The painting depicts a serene, abstract landscape dominated by cool hues of blue and grey, interspersed with white and occasional warm tones. The upper part of the composition features what seems to be a cloudy sky rendered with soft, swirling patterns, giving a sense of gentle movement. Below, a large, blue ribbon-like form stretches across, resembling a tranquil body of water. This central element is detailed with rhythmic, wave-like patterns that add to the overall feeling of calmness. The texture throughout the painting is rich, suggesting layers of paint that have been manipulated to create depth and visual interest. There are also subtle hints of vertical dripping in the colors, which could represent rain or simply a continuation of the fluid, dynamic motion suggested by the composition. Abstract forms and patterns that might suggest elements of nature, such as hills or celestial bodies, are integrated into the scene, enhancing the dreamlike, peaceful quality of the artwork.
