More about this artwork

The painting features a collection of Italian Moka coffee pots densely arranged in a grid formation. Each pot, rendered with a rough, textural quality, seems old and well-used, characterized by their iconic octagonal shape. The surfaces of the pots display varying degrees of shading and wear, giving each individual piece a unique character. Shadows around the pots suggest a layered, almost collage-like compositional depth. The entire scene conveys a rhythmic, almost musical arrangement, emphasizing repetition and the beauty of everyday simplicity. The earthy tones and coarse lines evoke a sense of warmth, reminiscent of the homely ritual of morning coffee brewing.
