Artist

I started painting quite unexpectedly. The water pipe broke, and repair work had to be undertaken. While looking for parts, I saw a box of acrylic paint that was for sale. Suddenly there was a desire to remember what it means to express my thoughts through creativity. As soon as I started painting, I could hardly tear myself away. More and more thoughts and images arose, which I wanted to capture on canvas as soon as possible. The broken pipe not only released water all over the floor, but also released a creative impulse to the world.

In painting, I find an opportunity to show not only the colors and beauty of the world, but also various situations. The image of the painting usually comes very spontaneously, so the depicted events may also appear unexpected. It is not uncommon for unusual characters or their unusual actions to appear in my paintings.

Spontaneity also occurs in creation process. Looking at an unfinished work, the idea of adding or changing parts of it, and sometimes the whole idea, comes to mind in a flash. Therefore, it can be said that the paintings are living their own lives, they constantly evolve and do not stop changing until I write their title.

The works are signed by my dog - Baba. It is important that the picture meets the standards she has set and that she likes it. She always supervises the creative process and tells when it's time to take a break, when something needs to be changed in the painting, and takes care of the creative process in other ways.
