Painting is the sound of my inner life, which appears on the art scene only through an organic arrangement of colour and brushwork. I try to create a different, unique world, a new inner reality through constructed colours. To leave a brushstroke as a trace of my own presence, to show the image as an unveiling of unexpected forms of emotion. Not to disguise it, but in the play of open brush marks to allow the formation of both an eye-pleasing reflection of the image and the realistic volume of this reflection.
Through the play of painting, I am trying to pull nature itself out of the ephemeral shadow of reality and show it only in a movement that obeys its own laws. The brushstrokes, the conversation of colours, however, reveal a different new world coming to life, which is visible through my eyes. It is not rationalised but intuitive. Each painted work is a kind of return to the pre-verbal speech, where individual experience runs wild.
