More about this artwork

The painting features a vibrant and textural landscape built with thick, impasto brushstrokes that swirl across the canvas in dynamic motion. Warm hues of tangerine and gold dominate the upper section, suggesting a luminous sky or a light-filled horizon, which gradually leads into a tumultuous mix of deeper tones. Below, lush greens, fiery oranges, and earthen browns intermingle, creating a landscape or abstract scene that feels both energetic and tumultuous. The strokes of paint are heavily layered, giving the piece a tactile, almost sculptural feel, with peaks and troughs that catch the light differently from various angles. Rich in color and texture, the piece pulses with life and movement, almost as if the colors themselves are in the midst of a joyous dance or a fervent play across the canvas.
