Albinas Markevičius gained higher education of arts - graduated from Vilnius Art Institute (now the Art Academy), stained glass studies at studio of prof. A. Stoškus.

In 1980-1989 at the Art Institute he taught painting and composition. Currently lives and works in Vilnius. He works in stained glass and painting areas.

Albinas Markevičius works are purchased by private collectors from such countries as USA, India, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Germany, Canada, South Korea, Japan.

Have held solo and group exhibitions in Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Italy, Denmark and Lithuania.
