"I've wanted to create beauty all my life. Art classes were my favourite, and I studied painting in private lessons. I painted in oil on canvas and watercolour. I have always been fascinated by the unique world of flowers and I decided to put it on canvas," says the artist
Charlotte's work is characterised by a feminine softness, delicacy and soft transitions of halftones. In her efforts to convey the fragile yet eloquent beauty of flowers, she often approaches abstraction, dissolving forms to make way for fantasy.
In 1988, she graduated from the J. Kačinskas School of Art.
On 17 May 2013 she held a solo exhibition at Klaipėda Ruty Gallery. Every year participates in joint exhibitions of Klaipėda artists.
