More about this artwork

The painting depicts a serene canal in Venice, framed by muted, pastel-colored buildings on either side. A solitary gondolier, visible only in silhouette against the reflective waters, maneuvers his gondola through the narrow waterway. The gentle ripples in the water catch the soft light, creating patterns of white and gray that contrast with the darker tones of the gondola and the gondolier. The architecture, characterized by simple, unadorned facades and rectangular windows, exudes a quiet, almost melancholic atmosphere, hinting at the deep, introspective solitude that the city can evoke. The scene captures a moment of tranquil passage through the shadowed corridors of Venice, enveloped in a quietude that is both beautiful and introspective.

Help
Artist

For many years now, I have had a brush in my hands every working day. And not as the usual artist, but special. It is the main tool with the help of which teeth are born in my hands. I am a dental technician. In the laboratory I make prostheses, which in their anatomy and color must reproduce the former human tooth as much as possible. The modeling is performed by layering ceramic masses with a special brush, as a result of which the anatomical shape and color of the tooth is obtained, which is as close as possible to other teeth.

And here comes the ability to feel colors, spatial forms, create optical illusions. With the help of a ceramic color palette you have to achieve the desired result.

After strenuous work, to relax, I take the artist’s brush in my hand and the hand itself teaches the thoughts I convey on the canvas.
