More about this artwork

The painting captures a car in a blurred, high-speed motion. The vehicle, streaked with bright, glowing lights and long, sweeping lines, appears almost fluid against a dark, indistinct background, evoking a sense of swift movement and the fleeting nature of a briskly moving car. The car's features are elongated and warped due to the speed, creating an abstract and dynamic visual effect. The overall atmosphere is moody and intense, highlighted by the dark hues and sharp contrasts of light that seem to streak across the canvas like beams of light reflecting off the metallic surfaces of the car as it races through the night.

Artist

I am a photographer and painter, but perhaps I would describe myself more as an experimenter, constantly experimenting with various techniques. I am currently developing several ideas.

The first:

Photo collages-paintings, where the same photograph is used to create a multi-layered composition. In the creative process, the original photograph is merely a tool for the further development of a visual narrative, much like raw material in chemistry that is synthesized into a final product. Similarly, here, the photograph is transformed, layered, or composed in various ways. Sometimes this is done so radically that viewers are surprised to learn from which photograph the artwork was created. The most striking example of such a process is the piece "Paradise Apples," where the main photograph, from which the so-called visual red apples were created, was a corner of a hot air balloon. However, this creative process not only surprises the viewer but also brings me great joy and engagement. Through the artwork, long-forgotten moments or significant events that once touched me are brought to light. Although my creative style has developed over the years, as an artist, I never know what the final result will be. This is the driving force that encourages me to continue exploring the depths of my subconscious.

The second:

Painting with acrylics and oil paints. In painting, I am more drawn to abstract bursts of color. Using various tools, I strive to convey textures such as the surface of velvet fabric through colors. Although this area is currently less developed, I plan to return to it and present new works. There are also unique experiments with watercolors.
