The texture within the cells varies, with some appearing smooth and others showing intricate details of smaller shapes and specks, suggesting depth and complexity. The tone and contrast of white against the darker background create an effect that is both striking and harmonious, capturing a sense of natural randomness and beauty. Light splatters and flecks around the edges of the main forms suggest movement or an explosive moment captured in time.

The artist uses one of the methods of "photography without a camera", i.e. chemigrams. Just as a paintbrush is not necessary to paint a picture, a camera is not necessary for these works. However, light, photosensitive surfaces, chemicals and various additives such as dishwashing detergent, oil, etc. are used. Experimenting with these tools and observing the chemical reactions that take place also parallels the chemical processes in the human brain. Which are constantly evolving and determine various emotional states, ranging from completely calm to tumultuous. Or, at least for a short time, into an imaginary world with characters that are free of digital technology. As technology takes over the world, we want to keep in mind that there are still possibilities for experimentation with non-digitalised tools.
The author is currently continuing her creative path in Vilnius and furthering her knowledge in photography at Vilnius College of Design, majoring in Applied Photography.
