More about this artwork

In the painting, a mythical creature resembling a chimera is portrayed with a rich complexity of textures and hues, predominantly in shades of purple. The body of the creature appears to be that of a bull, robust and powerfully built, with stout legs bearing hooves. Its head is adorned with a pair of curved, formidable horns, and a mystic, spiraling structure emerges from the cheek, suggesting either floral or coral-like growth. One of the most striking features is its tail, which transforms dramatically. Instead of a typical tail, it morphs into what appears to be a large, ornate fish or cephalopod tail, complete with a peacock-like pattern of eyes within intricate circular designs, suggesting the scales of a fish. The details are meticulous and appear to resemble celestial motifs or microscopic biological patterns, imbued with a cosmic or underwater ambiance.Overall, the artwork projects a surreal blend of the terrestrial and aquatic, a fusion of strength and delicate mysticism, captured through intricate linework and a profound depth of detail. The creature, while grounded in elements of known animal forms, belongs distinctly to the realm of fantasy and myth.
