More about this artwork

In the painting, there is a sense of abstract, atmospheric dynamism, featuring a palette of muted grays, blacks, and subtle earth tones. The layers and brush strokes produce a textured effect, suggesting both motion and stillness. Shadows and light play across what could be interpreted as a stormy seascape or a rugged landscape, where forms and elements merge without distinct boundaries. The intensity and direction of the strokes convey a flowing yet chaotic energy, evoking a feeling of natural forces in flux. The lower part of the piece hints at rough, turbulent water or fragmented terrain, whereas the upper region suggests a misty, indistinct horizon or sky, blurring into the fore with the whirl of elements.

Abstract art leaves a lot to the imagination of the observer. I often avoid giving my paintings specific titles, I don't want my vision to be imposed on the viewer of my paintings, leaving them free to interpret and feel in their own way. I enjoy colour and brushstroke. The planned idea is completely ephemeral, often changing in the process of painting and leading me down its own path, delighting me with an unexpected result, as if it were autonomous in thought and body, independent of the creator.

I am always experimenting, looking for my own way and style. But it is the wandering, the discovering, the experimenting that most delights and surprises me. I try out different styles, I look for new techniques. But I always remain faithful to the modern style, to abstraction.
