More about this artwork

The painting presents an abstract and gritty texture, predominantly in a monochrome palette. At the focal center lies what appears to be a dark, elongated form, reminiscent of a distorted, organic shape or a shadowy figure. This central form sharply contrasts against the lighter, yet still muted, background filled with ambiguous industrial or mechanical elements. These background features look somewhat like fragmented machinery or circuitry, imbued with a sense of decay or corrosion. The image conveys a haunting, almost post-apocalyptic atmosphere, wrapped in a sense of isolation or chemical alteration. The edges of the work are rough, accentuating an overall feeling of erosion or wear, enhancing the artwork's raw, tactile quality.

Eitvydas was born in April 2002 in Kaunas, where he grew up, graduated from high school and began to associate his future with the field of fine arts. He improves his artistic knowledge at the Vilnius Academy of Arts (VDA) in his bachelor's studies in graphics.

The artist is not afraid to use cold and dark colours to create an original and authentic work of art. His work reveals an unfamiliar and frightening subconscious world, where familiar figures take on unfamiliar shapes. The aim is to reveal the inner states of the depicted objects.
