Alvydas is well known personality in Lithuanian art. 

Alvydas rather prefers letting his art speak for him. However, his sincerity and genuiness attract people turning him into a particularly intriguing Lithuanian artist.

The paintings usually reflect upon the world of mystery and hidden reality. He uses colors and shapes that create a magical effect and remind of Venecian mask tradition usually paying attention to spectacular details and merging the characters with their surroundings.

Many people have collected his works not only from Lithuania, but also from all over the world - mostly from the USA, Russia and Australia.

Since 1985 he has been participating in exhibitions in Kaunas, Vilnius, Palanga, as well as in private galleries in Germany, France, the USA and Russia.
