The painting portrays a surreal, dream-like room under a muted sky. The room is sparsely furnished with a small wooden table that seems old and worn, contrasting with the otherwise smooth and white surfaces. On this table rests a variety of objects including paint brushes, a palette, and what appears to be a pitcher, suggesting this might be an artist's workspace. Various geometric and unusually shaped objects are scattered throughout the room, including spheres and cones, adding to the surreal quality of the scene. A striking feature is a white staircase that ascends the left wall and follows the outline of the building before disappearing. The wall has strange extensions that resemble teeth or bones. On the right, there's a dynamic sculpture or figure, abstract in form, which seems to be in motion towards the staircase. Mysteriously, a snail with a dark, heavy shell is positioned in the foreground, enhancing the dream-like, surreal atmosphere. The distant background through an open portal shows a landscape under a stormy sky, contributing to the overall enigmatic and somewhat somber mood of the painting.

The Vilnius-born and Vilnius-based artist mostly concentrates on painting (oil, acrylic), but does not shy away from other techniques either.
"I once started with printmaking, I like the crispness of pastels. Sometimes it's fun to make a collage or an assemblage. Sculpture is also interesting. I think it's important to feel the work first, its colour, its mood. It could be a moment from a dream, a phrase you read, a musical motif, an impression of a journey, or just a fragment of a film... Anything. The most important thing is to feel. The content is revealed at the end of the work... Most of the time, the viewer still sees and feels in his own way. It's always interesting to hear how others interpret my work. I hear so many unexpected versions..." - says the artist.
The artist has had solo exhibitions in Vilnius, Marijampolė, Biržai. He participates in plein air exhibitions. His works live in Lithuania, other European countries and America.
