Agota Bričkutė, born in 1993 in Klaipėda, Lithuania, is a contemporary painter belonging to the younger generation of Lithuanian artists. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Criticism, and Media from Vytautas Magnus University in 2016. Since beginning to paint actively in 2017, Agota has developed a promising career, taking part in over 15 solo and group exhibitions. Her artworks have been included in private collections both within Lithuania and abroad.

Intuition plays a vital role in Agota Bričkutė's creative process, as she allows her subconscious to lead her artistic direction. This method closely corresponds to the surrealist principle of automatism, in which spontaneous impulses and visions influence the evolution of her works.
