Akriliniai markeriai, drobė
Width: 90 cm
I am a visual artist whose primary form of expression is painting. I studied at the Vilnius Academy of Arts, where I completed both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Painting. At the core of my work lies an emotional relationship with the environment and its reflections in color and form. I am interested in visual experiences where reality and interpretation merge and fragments of everyday life acquire symbolic weight.
My works often emerge from observing nature – the vibrations of light, the structures of plants, or organic patterns. These become metaphors for human inner experiences, our relationship with the world and with ourselves. I am drawn to the balance between calmness and tension, between clear form and abstraction. Most of my practice is rooted in painting, where I experiment with the intensity of color, layering, and texture.
I use neon and other office-style markers in painting as tools that act less as color and more as gesture – a highlight. By emphasizing fragments of nature, I invite the viewer to pause, to look closely, and not to simply pass by.
My art is an invitation to an inner journey, where color, form, and emotion become a universal language that opens spaces for dialogue with the viewer.
