Rimantas Šlipavičius is a stained glass artist acclaimed for his remarkable work in interior decoration. He has produced stained glass pieces for a variety of private residences, apartments, and administrative offices. Beyond stained glass, his artistic abilities also encompass painting, as demonstrated by his decorative murals on the walls of the National Defence Museum, the lobby at Rudamina Farm, and several other sites.
In Rimantas Šlipavičius' paintings, the influence of stained glass is unmistakable. His canvases are characterized by abstract arrangements of geometric forms, boldly colored and organized into dynamic structures. The vibrant and pure hues interact to form a kaleidoscopic visual experience. Some paintings recall the appearance of luminous mandalas, while others draw inspiration from modernist traditions. These features ensure his artworks bring a vibrant energy to modern interiors.
Šlipavičius' creations have garnered notice from art collectors and enthusiasts around the globe. His works are included in collections throughout the USA, Germany, Great Britain, and various other countries, a testament to their wide-ranging appeal and artistic merit.
