More about this artwork

The painting presents an abstract cityscape, awash in a mélange of vibrant colors and dynamic brushstrokes. At the top, streaks of white, orange, and blue evoke a sunset sky, while below, clusters of green, blue, and earthy hues seem to form land, perhaps islands, divided by shimmering bodies of water. Reflections in these waters mirror the forms and colors of the city, suggesting an expansive, possibly coastal urban area. The city itself is not depicted with clear structures, but rather suggested through chaotic and colorful dabbing and dragging of paint. Overall, the piece glows with luminosity and appears to be in a constant state of flux, evoking the lively energy of a bustling city.
