Indrė frequently works with sumi ink on handmade papers such as xuan and washi, later mounting these paintings on linen or canvas, and sometimes accentuating them with natural wood. The imagery in her pieces merges East Asian and Lithuanian landscapes, featuring cranes, herons, and softly rolling, grassy hills that speak to her personal ties to her native land.
