More about this artwork

This painting by Inga Armon, titled "Pyramid and Horns," shows a striking scene. A large, dark pyramid dominates the center. It seems to emit colorful fragments that scatter upwards into a black sky. Around the base, sharp, blue shapes resembling horns add a dynamic feel.Inga Armon uses a bold, somewhat abstract style here. Colors are vivid but contained in geometric forms. Dark tones provide a strong contrast, making the brighter colors pop. This style gives the painting a mysterious, almost mystical quality.

Artist

Painting works – a part of my creative process that I don’t like to talk about much. I much prefer listening to people who look at the works and share what they feel or what they perceive.

Sometimes I think that this is the best quality of painting – and art in general: giving the viewer the opportunity to see meanings and things that the creator might not have even thought about.

I believe that’s how it could and should be.

Painting, graphics, and design are the fields I “jump” between. It’s like being in a city, or in the countryside, or by the sea: when you spend too much time in one place, you go to another, then another, and… yet another.
