More about this artwork

The painting "Italian Trip" by Marius Strolia is long and narrow. It features a bustling and intricate tapestry of lines and colors. The colors are mostly in earthy tones with splashes of yellow and blue that brighten the somber palette. It looks like an abstract cityscape perhaps echoing the streets and landmarks of an Italian city seen from an aerial or distorted perspective.Strolia's style here is abstract and highly textured. He uses strong vertical and horizontal strokes that create a sense of chaos and movement. The layering of paint and the use of different materials add depth to the work. The painting seems to vibrate with energy, reflecting the vibrant essence of an Italian trip perhaps filled with rich experiences.Marius Strolia, the artist, is known for his experimental approach to materials and texture, which is clearly expressed in this work. He captures feelings and memories rather than literal scenes, inviting viewers to interpret the painting in their own personal ways.
