Marius Strolia is a celebrated Lithuanian artist renowned for his vibrant and versatile creative approach. He has been a member of the Lithuanian Artists' Union since 1999 and joined the "Individualists" painters’ section in 2016. His artistic oeuvre encompasses a broad spectrum of media—painting, printmaking, sculpture, assemblage, collage, installation, and photography—all demonstrating his relentless pursuit of fresh forms and techniques.

Strolia’s works are frequently on display not only in established galleries but also in alternative venues such as shops, parks, and hotels. He actively participates in international land art exhibitions and plein air events, emphasizing his receptiveness to varied settings and audiences. By engaging with these diverse platforms, he brings art into unexpected everyday contexts and connects with viewers in novel ways.

Well known for the creative variability that distinguishes his techniques and modes of expression, Strolia often experiments with innovative formats and is continuously refining his artistic approach. His enduring fascination with mythological themes has its origins in his sustained interest in the archaeomythological research of Professor Maria Gimbutiene. This influence is clearly seen in his use of mythological imagery and references to ancient Neolithic goddess sculptures. Strolia’s work has been showcased in international exhibitions across Bulgaria, Poland, Germany, and Italy, and is held in private collections in Lithuania, Poland, Japan, Germany, and the Czech Republic.
