"For me, the step from the visual spectrum towards the question of inner experience is, as it were, the initial stage of perception, which inspires the artist and allows him to reflect what the eye cannot see. The artistic motifs that appear on my canvas are found by relying on the impulsive experience of hunches that lead to what lies behind the shell of the material reality. The eyesight is given for observation, not for copying or replication, so I see my mission as an artist in the investigation of the environment and its constant questioning. In the canvas, I capture a multi-layered, invisible, heavily deformed experience of the everyday, of motive."
