INA LORETA SAVICKIENE is a professional artist based in Vilnius, Lithuania, who explores the ancient East Asian painting techniques. Ink, brush, mineral color and rice are the media used to create her artworks.  A close relationship with nature guides her in search of beautiful landscapes. Art and tradition inspire Ina Loreta to express her own creativity. 

According to the artist's point of view, art not only helps one to understand the world but also gives an opportunity to experience it. It allows aligning oneself with nature's rhythm and spirit. Mountains tell of eternity. Flowers and plant leaves speak of the beauty and fragility of the moment. Flowing water describes a constant change. 

Artist's works invite one to perceive oneself as a part of nature, feel a deeper harmony and fullness of life. Interacting with art amounts to the celebration of life or to a refuge from a storm.

The author started painting in 2011, and since 2014 have participated in exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad. Ina Loreta Savickienė has won awards in international competitions, interviews and articles about the author have been published in various media.

Ina Loreta Savickiene was granted the status of Art Creator by The Council for Culture of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania in 2020.
